Other Specification

* Must have a Bachelor degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of working experience in bridge construction..

* In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design of bridge�

* Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software

* Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)

* Knowledge of relevant earthquake and disaster-resistant structures

* The proven track record for managing personnel and material resources

* Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills

* Strong time management and project management skills

* Active listening and verbal communication skills

* Highly developed team management and leadership skill

* Willingness to work more than official hours during the needs

Job Description

* Dealing with change orders, delays, variation orders, price adjustment, bonus, Lab tests etc

* Submission of every interim payment certificates for payment

* Receiving instructions from the client/ consultant/ engineer and taking action on time

* Immediate information to the Project Manager of Head office for any obstruction to the progress of the work

* Planning and allocating right people to the right place

* Conducting weekly site meeting

* Submit monthly work progress report within seven days of next month to Project Manager in the head office

* Ensure implementation of construction activity in line with the design and budget formulated by the organization

* Provide timely and accurate information to account department and site managers/supervisors

* Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site and ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications

* Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors

* Plan the work and efficiently organize the site in order to meet agreed deadlines

* Undertaking of necessary surveys

* Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork

* Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency and implementation to those improvements
